Thank you for supporting our Greenwood Teachers. Sponsorships are available to all business, organizations, and individuals. The sponsorship fee is $50 per table. We need at least 35 table sponsors.
Sponsorship Details
The student union has tables that will seat up to 12 people each. You are responsible for decorating your table for ten place settings for teachers. As a sponsor, we encourage you to sit at your table. Please let us know how many of your associates (up to two non-teachers) will be sitting at the table. These place settings need not be decorated.
- Decorations should be something that each teacher may take home or use in classroom. (Food, drink gift cards, and Chocolate are highly valued!) No mugs please. They get several from students.
- Dark blue tablecloths are provided but you are welcome to use your own.
- Decoration times are August 9th, 1-7 pm, and August 11th, 9-11 am. The building will always be secure.
- Doors open for teachers at 11:45 on the 10th. Please be at your table by 11:35 a.m. if you are joining them.
Chamber Members will have their business Logo on the slide show during the entire event!
If you are interested in sponsoring a table but don't have the ability to decorate, contact us early and we should be able to arrange that service for you.
We gladly accept donations such as gift baskets, miscellaneous items, or cash for door prizes.
Lunch, Plates, cups, and utensils will be provided by the school.
