Thank you for supporting our Greenwood Teachers. Sponsorships are available to all business, organizations, and individuals. The sponsorship fee is $50 per table. We need at least 40 table sponsors.
Sponsorship Details
SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILBLE TO EVERYONE
The student union has tables that seat 12 people each. You are responsible for decorating only ten place settings for teachers. As a sponsor, we encourage you to sit at your table at the two remaining seats. The school will provide you with a meal. Please let us know if 1 or 2 associates will be sitting at the table. These place settings need not be decorated.
- Decorations should be something that each teacher may take home or for the classroom(Food, drink gift cards, and chocolate are highly valued!) No mugs please. They get several from students.
- Dark blue tablecloths are provided but you are welcome to use your own.
- Decoration times are Friday, August 7th, 1-6 pm, and August 10th, 8-11:15 am. The building will always be secure.
- Doors open for teachers at 11:30 on the 10th. Please be at your table by 11:25 a.m. if you are joining them.
Chamber Member sponsors will have their business logo displayed during the entire event!

If you are interested in sponsoring a table but, are not able to shop for and decorate, contact us early and we can arrange that service for you.
We gladly accept donations such as gift baskets, miscellaneous items, or cash
for additional door prizes with a value of at least $50.
Lunch, Plates, cups, and utensils will be provided by the school.
