2022 Online Supplemental Christmas Assistance

If you are in need of supplemental Christmas assistance for your children ages newborn to 11 years old, please visit:

Your registration will not be processed unless you submit the following information:
Photo Identification: Current driver’s license or state ID
Proof of Residence: (One of the following) Utility bill, rental agreement, or any household bill
Proof of Income: (One of the following) Paycheck stub, unemployment documentations, child support, and any governmental assistance
Proof of Children: (One of the following) Birth certificate or any legal document stating the child you are requesting help for is yours
The website will be available from October 4, 2022 - October 14, 2022 or until all spots are filled.
